What I Thought:
I am not the biggest nonfiction reader. I barely read it. And when I do, it’s mostly memoirs. However, the older I get, I am tending to read more and more nonfiction.
As someone who eats clean and works out/ lifts weights almost daily, this was an interesting read. I am always looking for ways to improve…………not necessarily ways to diet, but ways to be healthier. And Your Body is a great book for that. I know a lot, and it still taught me things I didn’t know.
If you are into health and fitness, nonfiction, and/or just taking care of your body………..this book is definitely for you!
